The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any paid engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.

3. Fees and Payment

Discovery calls are provided free of charge. Paid services (Workflow Audit, Implementation Support) are subject to a separate written agreement detailing fees and payment terms. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in the course of an engagement as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to any engagement if required.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and design — is owned by Luna AI Consulting Ltd and protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Any deliverables produced specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement will be owned by that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our recommendations are based on our professional judgement and the information provided to us. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from our advice or services.
